Samantha Sepehr


Ms. Sepehr focuses her practice on elder financial abuse, probate and trust litigation, and unlawful detainers.


Ms. Sepehr is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and has served in a number of its sections and committees, the Editorial Board as a Co-Chair of the Contra Costa County Bar Association’s Pro Bono Section.


Ms. Sepehr received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Cruz and her law degree from John F. Kennedy School of Law. Before graduating from law school, the Equal Justice Works Fellowship Program awarded Ms. Sepehr with a two-year fellowship to work at John F. Kennedy University’s Elder Law Clinic, a non-profit organization offering free legal services to victims of elder financial abuse.
